The Double Studio at Aquarius Nikiti offers 18 sqm space, ideal for couples or solo travelers. Studios are located on every floor—ground-floor units feature a private terrace, while upper-floor units include a balcony with a garden view, outdoor table, and chairs.

Sleeping Arrangement:
-Double bed or 2 single beds

Each studio includes private bathroom with a shower. You’ll also find a kitchenette with essential dishware—perfect for light meals during your stay.

Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and  TV are available in every room. 

The Triple Studio at Aquarius Nikiti offers 22 sqm space, perfect for families with one child. 

Sleeping Arrangement:
- Double bed (or two single beds)
- Folding bed for one child

The studio includes a WC with shower and opens to a terrace or spacious balcony with outdoor table and chairs. A baby cot can be provided.

Each unit is equipped with a kitchenette featuring a fridge, kettle, and dishware. Additional kitchen items are available upon request.

The Maisonette offers 31 sqm of comfortable, split-level space. It features a living room, a loft-style bedroom, and either a veranda or a terrace with a  garden view.

Sleeping Arrangements:
-Living Room: Fold-out sofa (140x190 cm)
- Upper Level (Loft): Double bed 

Some units have a private yard entrance with a veranda and balcony, while others are on the 1st–2nd floors with a larger lower level and a terrace upstairs.

All apartments include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and an equipped kitchenette with hob, fridge, microwave, and cookware. Baby cots are available on request.

One-Bedroom Apartment offers 31 sqm of space.

These Apartments are situated on the ground floor, they have an entrance from the yard and their own veranda with outdoor furniture. Living room with a kitchen, table and folding sofa (145/195), a separate bedroom with double bed and wardrobe (we can set baby-cot upon your request), WC with a shower.

All One-Bedroom Apartments have a/c in both rooms, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, LCD TV

The Deluxe Suite offers 45 sqm of space. It includes a living room, one private bedroom, and an attic-style second bedroom—accommodating up to 6 guests (4 adults + 2 children).

Sleeping Arrangements:
- Living Room: Fold-out sofa (195x150 cm)
- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed
- Bedroom 2 (Attic): Two single beds
